The borg story lines are the best ones. Especially the "Best of Both Worlds" how picard gets assimilated. Which leads to the best star trek movie (IMHO) First contact. The second best was the Hugh episodes.

The second best was the Hugh episodes. I think on TNG the borg story has a great start but the borg chapters are too few for my taste. I think on the star trek universe the borg story is the best. I liked very much voyager where they have more contact with borg. |

My answer would be the Borg storylines. They are intriguing and Captain Picard has a significant connection with the Borg, which involves the entire cast into the stories more so than the other storylines.

Definitely Best of Both Worlds. Led to First Contact, AND to Deep Space Nine as that battle killed Sisko's wife.
