 If eneterprise is set before James T Kirk , then its possible that in Captain Archers life time ,that nomad was launched . I think that Archer could have started the war with Romulans . Thus causing the creation of the Romulan neutral zone . In the balance of terror , nothing is said about who started the war , but could it be Captain Archer who starts it . ?
