ok how do the vorta clone themselves over and over again? like beverly crusher in the next genaration said that you can never clone yourself over and over because then it causes genetic fading.so how can the vorta keep cloning themselves? or is there another way that the are born?

Good question. Maybe Dominon cloning techniques are more advanced than Federation ones? That would be my guess.

Spoiler here for those who have not seen the entire series!
I believe that the Vorta could only be cloned seven times. I just watched the episode where Wayon (spelling) 6 defected to Odo. In the end of the series, Wayon 7 was killed by Garrack and the Founder had stated that he was the last of the Wayons. Then again, maybe Wayon had been killed again after Wayon Six committed suicide.

Dendar, the reason why he (Weyoun 7) was the last because their Dominion's cloning facilities were either destroyed or otherwise inoperable at the end. Weyoun could have been cloned again, The female shapeshifter was angry with Weyoun 7 at one point and asked him to keep her informed when the cloning facilities would again be operational (implying that she would possibly bump off Weyoun 7 for angering her).
I would definitely assume that Dominion cloning and creation technology is far superior to the Federations. They create Jem Hadar in birthing chambers and they are able to fight within a few hours after birth.
