I am planning on going to see the remake of King Kong when it is released. I have never seen the original 1933 version and was wondering if i should see it before I see the remake.

Wolfie, the original version of King Kong (1933) . Is a classic movie . In the same class Dracula with Bela Lugosi ,or The Pit and the pendulum. You tend to spend to much time with your head up your a$$. To define lame, well Big brother comes to mind Star trek TNG comes to mind and your posts , there spam . You need to get an education as well as a life .

The 1979 remake of King Kong is lame , The more recent updated version pays tribute to the original by keeping itself set in the time period of New york 1930's . The 1979 version failed because it tried to update in to the modern world .
