Could there be another Alien movie, or did AvP screw it up ,If there is another movie .Think about the carnage and the horror if one Alien turned up in a city . How long would it before planet earth would be like LV 426. There are so many, questions and loose ends in the Alien legacy ,such as where the hell do they come from ... Was LV426 there home world ? where they in transit they are the ultimate weapon ,perhaps they are a biological weapon . What comes next with the Alien legacy ? The monster is it still lurking  |

I honestly think that AvP screwed it up, any new Alien movie has to prove that its a horror movie thats desinged to scare the crap out of its audience ,like the 1979 classic by Ridley Scott.

i agree that AVP was horrible. No way could they top Alien and Aliens, well maybe if they get Ridley Scott or James Cameron on it.

I think LV426 was a lifeless rock before the humans arrived in "Alien." They found the alien eggs inside a crashed starship, not native to that planet.
The Predators were probably flying the alien eggs around the Galaxy to use them for game hunting on planets they visit, as seen in the AVP movies.
I think the next Alien or Predator or AVP movie should take place after Alien 4, and have the Predators show up and help Ripley's clone save Earth from the aliens. Or have an Earth-Predator alliance invade the alien homeworld and wipe them out or something.
I didn't think the AVP movies were that bad -- they helped bridge the continuity between the Alien and Predator series, and the concept still has potential.
I think there should be more "Versus" movies, such as "RoboCop vs. The Terminator," "Predator vs. Saw," "Freddy vs. Jason" -- oh, wait, they already did that one. ...
