Sounds like a bloody witch hunt to me. I, for one, am happy with Star Trek as it is (although the editing of the wedding scene in Nemesis wasn't very nice). I *like* The Next Generation (series *and* movies), Voyager (believe it or not I think it was a good show), and Enterprise, and reckon Deep Space 9 was okay. If you get rid of Berman and replace him with one of you, the franchise will *definitely* die. The Motion Picture SUCKED, and that was how "Gene Roddenberry's Star Trek" ended up, but HE doesn't get any flak for it!
Okay, I'm ranting, but Star Trek's decrease in ratings is not Rick Berman's fault. Berman is your goddamn scapegoat for every episode and movie not turning out like "City on the Edge of Forever". Poor guy.
Go ahead, get him replaced, and see if you can do any better.
